Websites, e-shops, software development
The vDisain team has carried out 850 web development projects. We work on both smaller landing pages and complex web systems and mobile applications. We use the most popular frameworks in web development, such as WordPress, PHP, Laravel, ReactJS, VueJS, etc. We create API integrations with accounting and warehouse management software. If you need consultation for a web development project, get in touch with us!
E-shop development
We build both small and large-scale online stores as well as B2B order centers. We understand how to build an optimized customer journey. We import products from old online stores. We synchronize inventory from warehouse management software. We synchronize sales invoices into accounting software. We migrate old SEO or create new SEO strategies. We create custom price lists for business clients when needed. We build delivery cost calculators. We set up payment and delivery solutions.
Key characteristics of e-commerce stores developed by vDisain:
- Simplicity and usability – We’ve noticed that ordering in many online stores is too complicated. We have strong experience in designing optimized user journeys – a customer should be able to add a product to their cart within two clicks. Payment can be made via bank link or card.
- Emotional impact – Visual and video content that explains why the product is good and highlights its main selling points.
- Trustworthy – The visual appearance must build trust, and it’s also worth showcasing key clients or partners.
- Fast – Today’s web users are demanding, and if a website loads too slowly, they’ll lose focus and leave.
- High traffic – If an online store doesn’t attract visitors, purchases won’t happen. We offer consultation and full-service marketing to promote your e-store cost-effectively.
- Easy to manage – If the wrong platform is chosen or the store is poorly developed, it becomes difficult to manage products and customers.
- Automated workflows – A well-built e-store automates all manual tasks. No need to send notifications manually – the store does it. Customers don’t have to ask if an item is in stock – this info is synchronized from accounting software. Sales invoices are automatically entered into accounting systems. Business clients can log in and order products based on their assigned special pricing. Shipping labels are generated automatically. No need to write them manually.
Project:
Matkasuviilad e-store is a true flagship project. Every night, 150,000 products are synchronized from various data sources. Products are automatically translated into Estonian using AI. This custom solution was developed on the Laravel framework. It minimizes manual work and allows displaying over 150 products in the online store.

Automating Workflows Through Web Development
vDisain has consulted and assisted several companies in automating their business processes. We’ve found that an average company can reduce labor costs by up to 40%.
For example, we are currently developing a B2B order center for ordering ventilation pipes and components. Receiving and confirming orders via phone or email takes a lot of time, as a single order can include up to 100 line items with different dimensions. Previously, these orders had to be manually entered into the accounting software Simplbooks. In the order center we’re developing, the user can compile their order themselves. We’re also developing an API interface that allows all orders to be automatically entered into Simplbooks. Invoices can be generated in just a few clicks, as the order data is already in the accounting software. In the future, when a customer calls to place an order, the company can direct them to the website, where the interface clearly shows what dimensions need to be entered. It’s much more convenient for the end-user, as there’s no need for a long phone call or to fill out an order form on paper or in Excel. This also helps with customer retention.

WordPress is a Magical Tool for Web Development
Building websites on WordPress offers huge possibilities even with a limited budget. It is the world’s most popular website platform, and its community continuously improves it. Millions of plugins are available, making it possible to implement advanced functionalities that would otherwise cost thousands of euros to custom-develop. For example, plugins exist for e-commerce, booking systems, interactive maps, 3D configurators, and more.

Laravel ja PHP development
The webquer.ee procurement platform was developed using the Laravel + VueJS framework. The UI was designed by OKIA’s designer in Figma. We built the backend logic, database structure, and frontend views using VueJS. We developed functionality for adding tenders and submitting bids. We set up Facebook and Google login, admin user and tender management, translation functionality, and automatic email notifications. The project lasted four months.

We also collaborated with Eliis Software, which is used by nearly every kindergarten in Estonia and serves over 200,000 users. Eliis helps manage early childhood education and provides reporting for the state and parents. Although Eliis has its own developers, their internal team couldn’t handle all the demands. We helped build a module for tracking children’s developmental progress. We will definitely continue collaborating on web development in the future.
Currently, we are developing a web platform between an online beauty store (XXXXX OÜ) and Merit Aktiva. Since cosmetics have expiration dates, it’s crucial to sell the oldest inventory first (FIFO – First In, First Out). The platform identifies which batch to ship to customers and helps manage stock efficiently to avoid expired products. It also allows expired products to be displayed in a separate discount category on the site. Shipping labels are generated, sent to the printer, and printed automatically. Bulk buyers receive custom pricing. Sales invoices are sent to Merit Aktiva. All of this reduces manual work and overall labor costs.
Which Framework to Choose for Web Development?
Laravel is an excellent framework for developing web solutions such as booking systems, CRM systems, complex e-commerce platforms, or order centers.
If the budget is smaller, WordPress is a great option, with ready-made plugins offering a lot of functionality. For e-commerce, WordPress can use the WooCommerce plugin, or alternatives like Prestashop or Magento.
Frontend development can be done using modern technologies like ReactJS, VueJS, AngularJS, or NuxtJS, which allow for ultra-fast page load speeds.

Everything went smoothly, agreements were adhered to as they should be.
Since I was busy with my own work, I didn’t have much time to work on the website. It’s good that your people did and at the same time I wasn’t pressured too much to do it. I had a very positive impression of the company and will definitely contact you in the future.
