- Customers and service users are put first. No matter what kind of website you develop, the most important thing is to know and understand who you are creating it for. The target audience and their needs must be the most important. But how do you know what will work for them? To do this, preliminary work is done, the experiences of others are studied, and interviews are conducted if necessary. All so that the UX design is in place and users have a pleasant experience on the website.
- Simplicity and clarity are the most important keywords. Users prefer that they understand the site and how to use it. No matter how special and beautiful the site is, it is still important that it can be used.
- A good balance has been achieved between trends and customer needs. The website should undoubtedly look modern and have all the latest features that users expect. At the same time, a good UX designer can connect this with the needs of the client.
- The page has been properly tested. UX design always involves a lot of testing to determine how customers will interact with it. The better the testing, the greater the understanding of how to make the page even better.
- Website users are listened to. No matter how well a page is tested, in real life, customers may still encounter problems or inconveniences that were not anticipated. A UX designer must be flexible and willing to change their initial vision to provide the best result for users.
Project: Openrate Website Design
The client was not satisfied with the design of their old site (see below).
- We created a new visual identity.
- We developed the site map.
- We chose suitable fonts, designed templates, mapped out the user journey (on the right)
- We created interface visuals, animation concepts, and a custom visual diagram of the client’s workflow.
- The client is super satisfied and the design is going into development!
A UX designer knows design and people.
What makes a good UX designer? It is certainly important to know the technical side of design. But not only that. Other qualities are also useful. For example, a good sense of color and composition. At the same time, good tolerance for routine, because the creative side is only one part of UX design. Research, analysis, testing and error correction also play a very large role. However, the most important quality has been called a surprising one – empathy, or the ability to put yourself in another person’s shoes. Only an empathetic person can sense what is important to the user, what the user’s problems are and how to solve them.
Work done: We developed the Webquer procurement platform on the Laravel and VueJS framework. The project lasted 4 months. We also developed a custom admin panel for user management and approval of procurements. The environment is built as a single page application and thanks to this, the website loading speed is beyond rubbish.

Good UX design is the key to a company’s success
What benefits does a company get from a website or app that has been designed by a good UX designer? An understandable page attracts users, which increases customer activity on the page. The happier customers are on the page, the more they buy, which increases sales. In addition, complaints and inquiries about the website decrease, because everything is already understandable to the user. Overall, good UX design saves the company money and time and helps increase the number of customers and sales.
